Dynamic individual with a keen eye on the detail that informs the big picture. I have built up experience internationally in the USA and Germany from audit to transaction services as well as several years of experience in a top SA bank.
Involved in a high-profile IPO listing in Germany on the financial due diligence side. Gained experience in respect of audit, financial management and financial due diligence (as part of M&A transactions). Implemented new processes and controls that enabled operations and finance departments to collaborate more effectively.
